Skin Deep - A Dermatology BlogSkin Deep is a blog created for dermatologists to allow free flow of information on topics and events relating to dermatology. Having comments on-line also has the advantage of allowing for further discussion and clarification if needed on various topics. However it is left to the reader to filter and judge the value of the comments. As the archives continue to accumulate, probably at some point they will become a useful reference for all. This patient presented to me with this pigmented itchy patch over the right infra scapular region. He had a neurological disorder with paresthesia extending to right finger tips. There is a report of successful treatment of this condition with Botulinum Toxin Type A. [Arch Dermatol. 2007; 143(8):980-982.]

We are interested in knowing the protocol you followed; dose, frequency etc.
it is intresttin to know that erythromycine help in that but we should know the dose and how many days it takes also we should advise the patient to always do not wear this things until he cured from this disease and for me i used plus that low dose of keratolytic with vit.B12
